Payment Terms

Initial Deep Cleans

A valid debit or credit card is required at booking.
Payment will be taken 24 hours prior to the scheduled clean.
If payment cannot be processed, the appointment will not proceed.

Ongoing Maintenance Cleans

All regular clients must set up Direct Debit or card-on-file.
Payment is automatically collected after each completed clean.
We do not offer monthly invoicing for domestic clients.

Late Payment

Accounts unpaid after 7 days will result in suspension of service.
Persistent non-payment may result in termination of agreement.
Outstanding balances may be referred for recovery.

Cancellation Policy

48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% charge.
Same-day cancellations or lock-outs may incur a 100% charge.

Service Condition

Maintenance cleans assume the property is in a maintainable condition.
Excessive build-up may require additional time or a reset deep clean.
